Want to know a little bit about me?

Before I found my passion in bodybuilding I was a Gymnast for 10 years. I struggled with Anorexia Nervosa throughout my early teenage years, but recovered with the help of my family. My love for fitness helped me deal with a lot of emotional turmoil that came with recovering from this Eating Disorder, it brought me to the light where I am at my happiest now. Fitness taught me a lot of respect and self love and will be part of my life forever.

.

I coached Gymnastics for a year before I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at the age of 18 in 2015, and followed my calling in the Health and Fitness Industry. I knew I needed to help people and loved it.  I trained clients ranging from ages 7 to 82 years old. I have been Personal Training for 7 years to date in person as well as online. And have been Competing in Bodybuilding for 3.5 years.

.

I had always desired to compete in a Bikini competition but never thought I quite “made the cut” or would I even have the look they wanted? But I trained hard for it since I was 15 because I knew one day it was going to pay off. Fast forward I finally made the decision in 2019 after missing Qualifying Nationally in Powerlifting; that it was time to not let my own self doubt get the better of me anymore and began prepping for my first Bikini Competition and later earned my IFBB Pro Card in 2020 and NPC Nationals. Bodybuilding has taught me a lot of self respect and built my confidence in a way I never thought possible.

My Story:

When I was younger I struggled with an Eating Disorder, so I needed to make sure I was in a healthy mindset with food and training before I ever competed in such a prestigious industry that tested your mental and physical strength. So I trained Bodybuilding/ Powerlifting style training for 7 years before competing in a Bikini competition in 2019. 5 years into this 7 year journey, I decided to compete in Powerlifting because my friend had told me I was extremely strong and should join her in a competition just for fun… I had nothing to lose and everything to gain, so I went for it.

.

I competed in two Powerlifting competitions, one in 2018 and one in 2019, both which I took first place in. I was hoping to Nationally Qualify, but when I missed it by just one point I started wondering if it was because my calling truly wasn’t in this sport, but instead in Bodybuilding. I suffered a pretty bad injury right after this powerlifting competition that forced me to stop back squatting. It was meant to be! I needed to downsize my legs to compete in Bikini anyway!

.

I began a prep for my first bikini competition a few months after my last Powerlifting Competition. My first NPC competition was the ‘Tahoe Show’ in August 2019 where I placed fourth. I still had my heart set on Nationally Qualifying since I missed it in Powerlifting and decided to continue my prep for another show.

.

Winning the Overall title for ‘NPC Best of the West Classic’ I proceeded to compete at the ‘NPC Sacramento Championships’ and won my second Overall Title. This was a huge achievement for me as I finally Nationally Qualified both times and reached my first goal I had set for myself. I competed at NPC Nationals two weeks later and placed 9th.

.

My off season was only 6 weeks before I began prep again in January 2020…and then covid hit. I was in prep for the whole year and it was a little rough to constantly have shows pushed back. I finally stepped on Stage in August that year at NPC Jr USA’s where I placed Top 5.  I was determined to win my IFBB Pro Card.

.

I proceeded to compete at NPC Universe where I placed 22nd. I was devastated! I had no idea why I placed so low, I wanted so badly to earn my Pro card, and thought I did something wrong. However it wasn’t my time yet. Still determined to keep pushing through, I wiped my tears away, got off stage, and booked my flight to Orlando Florida for NPC Nationals instantly! I wasn’t giving up…and I am glad I didn’t as this is where I earned my IFBB Pro Card.

.

This competition felt so different to me. I was calm and at peace. I felt more confident at this show than ever before. I was always the comeback kid growing up especially after struggling with an Eating Disorder. This win made every struggle and hardship I had endured so worth it for that very moment! I became the comeback kid again, I finally won my IFBB Pro Card!

.

I made my Pro Debut as an IFBB Pro at The Battle of Texas in December 2020 before ending my season. I wanted to see how my physique held up against the other Pros and Olympians before taking time off! Placing 12th I took a 3 month off season before beginning prep again for 2021’s season where I followed with 3 more Pro shows. After 2021’s 3rd pro show I realized I needed to step back from the stage and let my body rest as this is a crucial part in the sport that many athletes lose sight of at times, and I definitely was not letting my body rest.

.

This year I have had an amazing off season and am looking forward to the shows I will be competing at this season and cannot describe to you all the excitement that I feel and want to share my journey and knowledge with you all! I love this sport more than I will be able to describe and am so thankful to be an athlete and coach in this industry.

.

To my future and current posing clients as well as prep and lifestyle clients. I will always support you and have your best interests in mind. I want to help you build your confidence as there was once a time where I did not think I would be where I am at today, but am thankful that I believed in myself. I would love to help you reach your dreams and goals too!

.

Let’s let that inner beauty shine on and off that stage!

.

Bodybuilding has taught me a lot of self respect and built my confidence to a level I never thought possible.

.

While sharing my joy and knowledge, and inspiring my clients to strive for their own dreams as an athlete, competitor or lifestyle client, I have helped many clients reach their goals…whatever they may be; Personal Training, Posing, Competing etc. My lifelong dream is to show the amazing aspects of fitness and improve my clients self confidence, self worth, and love for themselves and help you shine on and off the stage!

.

I proved to myself anything and everything is possible when you put your heart, mind and soul into it and just believe in yourself. And now I want to teach you that.
